OUR FEES
The Uniqueness of our Fees
At SPM Legal, we believe that our quality service should be accessible to all irrespective of one’s income or financial circumstances therefore we have created a fee structure that considers an individual’s ability to pay, by through comprehensive means assessments at the point of taking instructions.
SPM Legal is not driven by money. We are service led and our non- profit approach ensures that profits made are ploughed back into the community in line with our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments. Our organisation which is formed based on a solid self-funding model keeps reliance on external agencies for funding to a bare minimum.
Initial Consultation Fee
£120
If you choose to proceed with our services after the initial consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from your final invoice. (45 min Consultation)
Immigration
Our fee structure for immigration fees is mainly fixed/agreed. The work is undertaken by qualified solicitors, trainee solicitors, trainee Cilex, caseworkers and paralegals.
The average fee for Home Office applications is £850. Our fees exclude all disbursements. On Average, it takes around 10 hours from start to finish of the case.
The services included in the fees:
Taking full instructions, completing forms, drafting letters, statements and relevant documents Instructing relevant experts. In appeals and judicial reviews representing the client, communicating with the courts, the Home Office, and updating client of progress.
